- We reviewed and updated hours that staff and appointments are available, to provide you with appointments that are convenient for you.
- We recognized the staff members you said were doing a great job, and used their customer service techniques to train other staff members to ensure excellent customer service across Harbor.
- We diversified the services we provide to include primary care medicine to meet the needs of individuals and families who have limited access or transportation to other care providers.
