Customer Satisfaction Surveys

We are listening to you!

Over 700 of you participated in customer satisfaction surveys over the past year! Here is what you told us:

You also provided us with suggestions regarding how to make the services Harbor provides even better. Here are just a few of the actions we have taken this year in response to your suggestions:

• We reviewed and updated hours that staff and appointments are available, to provide you with appointments that are convenient for you.

• We recognized the staff members you said were doing a great job, and used their customer service techniques to train other staff members to ensure excellent customer service across Harbor.

• We diversified the services we provide to include primary care medicine to meet the needs of individuals and families who have limited access or transportation to other care providers.



We would like to recognize all of our Partial Hospitalization staff at MAP and DAC, as well as the staff who coordinate with the PH programs to provide a full spectrum of care to this population, for the great work that they do! We regularly conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys with the parents of the clients participating in the PH programs throughout the year and the parents gave them great ratings and have great things to say about the difference these staff members are making in their childrens’ lives. Full results of the surveys will be available soon, but here are the comments the parents took the time to write in response to our invitation for them to “identify staff person(s) who have made a significant impact on their child’s mental health treatment.”
