Seeking a nurse practitioner with prescriptive authority to provide direct services to clients and prescribe psychotropic medications under supervision.Candidate must be licensed to practice nursing and have a Certificate to Prescribe in the State of Ohio.  Must have at least five years relevant professional experience and be able to provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation.  Must be able to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with a variety of audiences, and willing to represent the organization within the medical/healthcare community.  Must be proficient and accurate in computer use, including Microsoft Word.  Duties include managing medication of assigned clients and conducting psychiatric/medication evaluations, medication reviews and ongoing treatment for clients.
