Giving Back to Harbor

The Harbor Foundation was merged into Harbor, creating efficiencies and eliminating the Foundation as a separate entity.

Many healthcare organizations find themselves constantly preoccupied by ensuring they have enough funds to continue operating, which puts their services and consumer base in jeopardy. Merging "The Foundation" allows Harbor to keep its focus on providing and improving services, and helping people in need - even in an unstable fiscal environment.

How can you help?
Harbor encourages the following kinds of giving:

General Donations
To make a donation to the Harbor, you may do so by sending a check or money order to the address listed below. Or, you can call 419.479.3233 ext. 1230, and someone can take your donation over the phone. As a non-profit organization, your donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

Corporate Gifts
Harbor welcomes all forms of corporate support. Many local companies underwrite and sponsor our special events and toy drives. See if your company has a Corporate Match Program that will match your donation to Harbor, dollar for dollar. Suggest to your employer that they consider adopting a Corporate Match Program and/or other ways of supporting local charities like Harbor.
