Fit To a Tee – Your participants will have a blast with our golf theme fitness incentive program. Designed to play off the growing popularity of this game for all ages and abilities, Fit to a Tee helps golfers and non-golfers alike become more active and get in better shape – to hit the links or the beach. (Duration: 4 weeks)
Walktober – October is ideal for a walking campaign. Temperatures are moderate and the colors are spectacular. Walktober inspires people to develop a walking habit; in October and beyond. (Duration: The month of October)
Spring Into Motion – Participants shake off the winter blues and spring into motion with this uplifting fitness incentive program. They'll be inspired to get back into shape and put a little spring in their step. (Duration: 4 weeks)
Fitness 500 – Participants, start your engines. This race car-themed activity program is sure to get participants' motors running as they track their progress on the speedway. (Duration: 4 weeks)
Stress Management
Feel Like a Million – Participants choose from over 100 ways to invest in feeling good. They can select a different activity each day or repeat the investments that offer the greatest return. And they can create their own investment – as long as it contributes to helping them feel like a million. (Duration: 28 days)
Weight Management and Nutrition
Weight for Me – Physical activity, food choices, portion control, and social/emotional challenges are 4 key areas involved with weight loss. This incentive program will inspire and guide participants through each area. (Duration: 8 weeks)
Colorful Choices – Forget counting calories and fat — with Colorful Choices participants will eat healthier by choosing colors! Vegetable and fruit consumption will increase as they choose from a rainbow of items in different color categories. (Duration: 20 days)
Overall Fitness
Passport: Round Trip to Health – Take your participants on the trip of a lifetime. This fitness and nutrition incentive program has an exciting travel theme — participants will tour the globe as they develop a healthier lifestyle. (Duration: 6 weeks)
That '70s Program – A blast from the past! That '70s Program is an incentive campaign that recaptures the spirit of the '70s while promoting better health. On the Long & Winding Road log form, participants track physical activity and healthy eating. Groups of 5 people can join the team challenge to motivate and encourage each other. (Duration: 40 days)
Spring Training – Forget the peanuts and crackerjacks; participants will improve their overall health habits during this 4-week, baseball-themed incentive program. They'll "hit" singles, doubles, triples, and home runs by completing a variety of health-improving activities and charting them on the log form. (Duration: 4 weeks)
