John Fortner, MBA, joined Harbor as part of the Behavioral Connections merger in July 2014. John was hired into the Controller position at Behavioral Connections in 2008 and assumed the role of Director of Operations in 2010. Previously John was the Executive Director of Facilities and Information Technology for Harbor Behavioral Health. In his current role as Vice President, John will oversee the Facility and Real Estate areas of the organization, supportive housing and the Vocational Services.

John earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College and his Master’s of Business Administration from Liberty University. As Vice President of Facilities and Wood County Operations, John is responsible for the acquisition and maintenance of first class facilities that promote clinical excellence, compassion and expanded access for all of our patients.
