Symmetry Wellness employs a full-time team of professional, licensed, certified, and accredited counselors, psychologists, and board-certified psychiatrists. Our professional staff includes certified employee assistance professionals (CEAPs), substance abuse certified professionals (SAPs), licensed marriage and family counseling, plus other licenses and designations.
Our parent organization, Harbor, is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) - one of the highest and most stringent accreditations for a healthcare provider.
Marsha Drees, MSSA, LISW, LICDC, CEAP, Director Symmetry Wellness 
Marsha has been providing counseling since 1987 with specialization in mental health and chemical dependency issues. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Toledo and her Master’s Degree in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University Mandel School of Applied Social Science. Marsha is an Ohio Licensed Independent Social Worker, an Ohio Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Presently, Marsha oversees operations for all Symmetry Wellness and EAP services and provides corporate trainings for corporations and organizations on topics such as how to have a drug-free workplace, preventing violence in the workplace, achieving work/life balance, managing stress, and supervisory trainings on effective interventions with troubled employees.
