Jordan Dianda is the Chief Human Resources Officer. He joined Harbor in 2017 and has held many key roles within Harbor providing leadership to our HR, Facilities, Medical, Support and Access teams.
Jordan started his career at Mercy Health System where he quickly rose to a leadership role. Subsequently, he transitioned to HCR ManorCare, where he continued to excel in a leadership role. He played a pivotal role in eliminating agency staffing from designated clinics, thereby enhancing operational efficiency. Jordan's impact extended beyond staffing improvements; he spearheaded company-wide compliance initiatives, fortifying the organization's commitment to ethical standards. Jordan’s influence extends to the community as well. He has actively contributed to various local Board of Directors, where he undertook the responsibility of fostering the growth and prosperity of member businesses.
Jordan earned his Bachelor’s in Psychology and Social Sciences from Lourdes University and Master of Business Administration from Tiffin University, where he specialized in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Management. As the Chief Human Resources Officer, Jordan is dedicated to cultivating a workplace culture that actively involves all levels of organization. His focus extends to ensuring quality customer service and enhancing the well-being of both employees and patients.
