Sandy Hall joined Harbor in June 2017 as the Vice President of Information Technology and Clinical Integration. In June 2019, she became President of Lighthouse Telehealth LLC where she oversees the IT Department, Financial Services and Employee Assistance Programs. Sandy’s background includes clinical, administrative and information technology. She is passionate about using data to drive and improve business and clinical outcomes, creating workflow efficiencies, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Prior to joining Harbor, Sandy worked in a variety of clinical and organizational settings including leadership roles and providing direct services for children, adult and families diagnosed with mental illness, developmental disabilities and substance use disorders. As the Vice President of Client Services at Streamline Healthcare Solutions, she was a member of the Executive Team and helped to establish and lead the Support Services Department. In this role she also provided healthcare consultation, business process analysis, developed design document specifications, conducted training, and project management services for a variety of Behavioral Health organizations across the country.
In her role as Director of Quality Improvement for Summit Pointe, Sandy’s breadth of responsibilities included agency performance based outcome measurement and analysis, accreditation, adherence to state regulatory standards, utilization management, customer service, and oversight of the electronic health record system. As the Director of Home & Community Intervention Services for Family & Children Services in Kalamazoo, MI, Sandy focused on program enhancement, design and development. This included improving current home based programs as well as implementing new and unique services such as a county wide mobile crisis response team for youth and families. Her prior clinical work included direct service delivery at Huckleberry House and NetCare Corporation in Columbus, OH.
Sandy earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work and her Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University. She is a strong advocate of team and community involvement and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and being outdoors. She has served as PTO President, coached Little League and soccer, and has been active with the United Way, Relay for Life, and Mental Health Corporations of America (MHCA).
