Alcohol & Other Drug Treatment

Yes! Treatment Does Work!
Changing lives from addiction to hope, happiness, and health.

Harbor’s Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment Programs are designed to help people with substance use problems and mental illnesses reclaim their lives. We help people to become resilient by developing and using abilities, supports, and knowledge, to work a recovery plan and have a life that is healthy and successful without using substances.

Harbor serves both Youth and Adults experiencing problems with substance use:
The Youth AOD Program serves children and teens ages 11 - 18.
The Adult AOD Program serves persons 18 years of age and older.

Harbor’s AOD staff are available to answer questions and for consultation.

Referrals and coordination of care for higher levels of AOD treatment needs, such as detox or residential treatment, are provided by Harbor’s AOD staff. Services are provided in our offices and the community.

Treatment Does Work. Harbor is available to work with people
so they can have successful lives without substances.

The AOD Treatment programs use evidence-based practices to treat both the substance use problem and the mental illness at the same time. AOD treatment starts with an assessment to determine the person’s individual treatment needs. Services are provided based on the person’s treatment needs and according to the individual treatment plan created together by the client and staff.

Available Services Include:
Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP)
Non-Intensive Outpatient Services
Individual Counseling
Group Counseling
Family Counseling
Case Management
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)

If you or a loved one are in need of treatment or would like more information about treatment options, please contact Harbor at 419.475.4449 and ask for the AOD Department.
