Help us prepare individuals for work experiences!
Lucas County Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program (CCMEP) provides job training for young adults and high school students aged 14-24 who are earning their diploma or credentials in HVAC, STNA, medical assisting, welding, and more. We place them in work experiences during and after training.
WE MAY PROVIDE:
- Wages while being trained at the work site
- Independent staffing company assumes all liability and workers' compensation
- Youth mentoring - as much as the employer wants
- Assistance with uniforms, tools, and work boots
- Vocational Specialists to help with case management and support
Lucas County CCMEP Youth Services is helping youth unlock their potential by partnering with businesses such as Connecting Kids to Meals, an organization who provides nourishing meals to children across Northwest Ohio. This mutually beneficial collaboration strengthens our community by offering essential support to youth by helping them gain work experience.
You too can become a jobsite at no cost to you!
