For over 100 years, Harbor has been providing behavioral health care services to the community. What began in 1913 as a mental hygiene clinic has evolved into the leading mental health provider in Ohio that offers mental health services, substance use treatment, developmental pediatrics, primary care, vocational rehabilitation and Employee Assistance Program.
