Aging brings new opportunities, experiences, and challenges. Harbor has three Older Adult Programs that are designed to support healthy aging, promote positive lifestyle choices, and enhance overall well-being. Through education, support, and community engagement, we help older adults maintain their mental, emotional, and physical health while reducing the risk of substance misuse. Whether you are looking to stay active, build connections, learn new skills, or access resources, our programs are here to help you thrive and enjoy a healthy, fulfilling life.
