Aging brings new opportunities, experiences, and challenges. Harbor has three Older Adult Programs that are designed to support healthy aging, promote positive lifestyle choices, and enhance overall well-being. Through education, support, and community engagement, we help older adults maintain their mental, emotional, and physical health while reducing the risk of substance misuse. Whether you are looking to stay active, build connections, learn new skills, or access resources, our programs are here to help you thrive and enjoy a healthy, fulfilling life.

Wellness Initiative for Senior Education (WISE)

A seven week program designed to celebrate healthy aging with adults 55+ while exploring positive lifestyle choices and avoid substance use.

Join us for this fun program where you'll meet new people and:

  • Learn about the aging process and how to make healthy lifestyle choices
  • Celebrate this exciting stage of life and all the benefits that come with it
  • Discuss risk factors and behaviors you should avoid to stay healthy
  • Examine how alcohol, prescription medications, and over-the-counter medications affect seniors differently and how you can avoid problems
  • Learn to use simple tools to help you feel more empowered about your health and the healthcare you receive

Enjoy free refreshments and giveaways for participating in the program!

Bingo + Exercise = BINGOCIZE

This wellness program combines the classic game of bingo with inclusive exercises for everyone!

Play bingo and meet new people while learning about how to reduce your risk of experiencing a fall.

Bingocize is exercise for your mind, body, and spirit!

QPR Suicide Prevention Training
