Assists transitional aged individuals (age 14-29) who have emotional/behavioral difficulties making a successful transition into adulthood. TIP offers support groups, residential program, and intensive case management services.

TIP Support Group
TIP members are encouraged to participate in a psychoeducational group experience where members can explore and discuss relevant topics, ideas and concerns with peers and professionals.
Residential TIP
The residential program home can house up to five residents at a time, ages 18-24. The home is staffed 24 hours a day by TIP trained personnel and clinicians. The average stay is 18 months. The focus of the residential facility is to create a platform for support and resources needed by the clients to achieve their goals and evolve their own personal strengths.
Non-Residential TIP
Each young person participates in intensive, TIP case management services tailored specifically to his or her individualized goals and needs. TIP counseling and pharmacological serves are provided as appropriate.
