OhioRISE is Ohio's first ever integrated program to help children who have complex behavioral health and multi-system needs. Harbor serves as a Care Management Entity (CME) through OhioRISE, for children, youth, and their families in 11 counties, including Wood, Ottawa, Erie, Sandusky, Seneca, Wyandot, Hancock, Huron, Crawford, Marion, and Union.
